Our good service work has been recognized and praised by users. We will continue to satisfy customers through timely and quality service work. Our service commitments are as follows.

1. We will provide customers with all the technical information and drawings stipulated in the contract in a timely manner. If necessary, we will invite customers to participate in our technical design review.

2. We will send relevant staff to the site for technical services at the time required by the customers. Our staff will provide guidance in product installation, commissioning, trial operation, and pilot production according to the technical information and drawings provided by our company.

3. For the purchased ancillary equipment related to the contract equipment, our company will take the initiative to provide the technical conditions and information meeting the requirements of device interface.

4. The minutes recorded or the contract signed in the meeting held on relevant issues will be strictly enforced.

5. We will hold business training courses on equipment installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance technology for the customers according to the contract.

6. We will strengthen the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales services, implementing "24-hour service", "advanced services", "overall process service", and "lifetime service" in the whole process of product manufacture, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

7. A response will be made or service personnel will be sent within 24 hours after we receive the information about product quality problems from the customer. Service will not stop until the customer is satisfied.

8. Three Guarantees are provided within the warranty period, i.e., for products with quality problems within this period, free repair, replacement, and refund will be given.

9. If the product has problems beyond the warranty period, we will reply to the customer and deal with the problems within 24 hours after we receive the message from the customer. The service is offered at a preferential price.

10. We are ready to meet customer's requirement for spare parts.

11. Under no circumstances will we make things difficult for the customers.
